The tissue-specific O-GlcNAcylation Atlas (tsOGA) is a database that contains O-GlcNAcylated proteins found in various tissues. Currently, the database includes O-GlcNAcylated proteins that have been identified in different brain structures of Drosophila, such as the brain neuron, mushroom body, antennal lobe, optic lobe, and ellipsoid body.
